Privacy policy
How I handle the details you send through this site. Updated 12 October 2026.

02What data I receive
Only what you enter in the contact form: name, email, company and phone (optional), topic, message and your preferred reply channel. If you write by email, WhatsApp or phone, I receive the details you send through that channel.
03What I use it for
Only to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. I do not use it for advertising and never sell or pass it to third parties. The basis is your consent when you send the form, which you can withdraw at any time.
04Who is involved
The form is relayed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message to my Gmail (Google) inbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers run servers outside Chile and process the data only to provide their service. This site has no database of its own.
05How long I keep it
For as long as the conversation lasts and up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask for deletion sooner.
06Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability or blocking of your data by writing to [email protected]. I reply within 30 calendar days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact Chile's personal data protection authority under Law 19,628 as amended (Law 21,719).
07Cookies and local storage
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser stores only appearance and motion preferences. The demos keep any files or changes you make in your own browser; nothing is sent to a server. Visits are measured in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies.
08Demo data
ESS is a fictional company. Every figure, person and record in the demos is synthetic.
